All guests must be 21 years old and have an active credit card to secure a room.

Dogs

We have specially designated dog-friendly rooms. One dog per room, please.  You may walk your dog in the Dog-Walk & Smoking areas outdoors. Two dog maximum.  *NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED for their own safety and care of our room.

Smoking

We are a NO-SMOKING PROPERTY. If you must smoke, please do so outside in designated Dog-Walk and Smoking areas only.

Parking

Plenty of free parking at The Inn and at the nearby Shops at Rye. We also offer a limited number of first-come-first-served beach parking passes.  The parking pass fee will be refunded when the pass is returned.

Check-in Times

Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out time is 11am.
